This hotel was perfect for our city break. The room was spacious and clean, which made our stay comfortable. We also loved the location as it had easy access to a variety of great restaurants and a shopping mall. One of the best things about this hotel is the breakfast buffet. The spread was splendid, with a lot of local and international food options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee.
There were a couple of negative aspects that we encountered during our stay. the receptionist did not give us the room we requested, which was a bit inconvenient.

Had a great xmas stay at this hotel. It's located in a very convenient area close to major attractions. The staff are friendly and always welcoming. The breakfast selection was good and included local Indonesian dishes which were tasty and well prepared. The room was comfortable and clean with nice amenities provided.
The downside was the noise level in the hallway, there was a lot of noise from other guests which made it difficult to sleep at times. , the room was a bit small and cramped, but that was expected for the price range.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The exclusive amenities provided were simply luxurious and met all my needs. The location advantages made it easy to find and the staff was not only friendly but also adept in providing exceptional service. The Spa & wellness centre, infinity pool and sun terrace were amazing. The live entertainment was a great touch and the restaurant, bar/lounge area and snack bar were all equally impressive. The room advantages were exclusive and well thought of.
I can only mention one minor issue the hotel had which was the fact that the electric plugs were few and far from the bed. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The hotel location is prime, close to downtown and just minutes away from incredible restaurants. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. The friendly staff is always ready to help and make you feel at home. The breakfast menu offers a wide range of choices that meet everyone's taste. The rooftop swimming pool has a stunning view, perfect for a relaxing moment to end the day.
The elevator system is a bit confusing and time-consuming.

Our stay was perfect! The hotel room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds with soft pillows. We loved that the location was so close to downtown and surrounded by good restaurants such as Beringin. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff was friendly and helpful with local food recommendations.
We didn't have any negative experiences during our stay. Didn’t dislike anything about the hotel or this city.
